How do I reset my email password?

Ranger Solutions employs different email solutions for different users. These solutions have different methods of resetting passwords. If you are unsure of which service you have, contact us and we will let you know.

Hosted Exchange

1. Browse to http://cp.appriver.com
2. Login with your full email address and password
3. Select Settings in the top right
4. Select Change My Password
5. Enter your current password followed by your new password twice

Office 365

1. Browse to http://portal.office.com
2. Login with your full email address and password
3. Click the gear icon in the top right
4. Select Password
5. Enter your current password followed by your new password twice
